Bless his heart, Mexican President Calderon is trying to make the buck stop but the drug cartels are as massive and slippery a problem to clean up as the BP oil spill. (I don't know why American motorists haven't effectively boycotted BP gas stations. Tea Party nuts like the symbolism of dumping tea in the ocean but, apparently, are not so bothered by oil in the same. Go figure)
related AP news reportPissed off by the super low conviction rates President Calderon is calling prosecutors and judges to the carpet about the essentially empty arrests. Hopefully he can inject action where before there is only show and tell.
