The Public is being led on a ghost chase -- again. And what's with Jose Padilla? How the heck does a Jose cross over to al-Qaida when they can't even pass American high school curriculum?! I've always thought Mr Padilla was -- is -- a scapegoat. Maybe he's a petty criminal or disaffected youth or something, but a terrorist?
