Kanye's "racist" understatement

Now the former president reveals in an interview with Matt Lauer that he was/is truly bothered by rapper Kanye West's telethon outburst - "George Bush doesn't care about black people" - and regards it as one of the most disgusting moments of his Presidency. If you believe that, I have a squirt of sperm for your eye. 

Here is a disastrous "war president" who failed at

• war 
• the economy
• bi-partisanship
• international cooperation
• uniting the nation
• finding WMDs
• and capturing Osama Bin Laden 

and was widely lambasted as incompetent and criminal...yet he takes umbrage at being labeled heartless to a bloc of citizens he ignored (black Americans) because they didn't vote for him anyway (non-constituencies)? Nigga, pleaaase.
At any rate, Mr West's bluntness proved to be a fierce understatement: Bush didn't care about ANY Americans; except, partially, the "Have's and the Have-more's" which made up his financial base.
